Hi, I’m Asha Mars. Over a decade ago, I took a bold leap of faith—leaving behind a stable state job to follow my heart. That decision not only shaped my journey but also transformed the destination wedding landscape in Tobago and the Caribbean. Today, as Tobago’s first full-time destination wedding planner, I take immense pride in curating extraordinary celebrations for couples seeking a seamless, personalized, and elevated experience.

My love for event planning was first ignited in Brooklyn, NY, where I meticulously designed baby showers and intimate gatherings for Daybreak World Ministries in the early 2000s. Upon returning to Tobago in 2008, I quickly realized my passion could contribute to the island’s event planning industry. In 2009, I embraced my calling full-time, and by 2012, I had become a certified wedding planner, determined to refine my craft. That same year, I was honored to receive the Tobago House of Assembly’s Excellence in Service Award for Business—a testament to the commitment and care I pour into every event.

Today, alongside my exceptional team, I continue to craft weddings that are elegant, seamless, and unforgettable. My work is my passion but beyond it, I find joy in literature, fine dining, prayer, travel and cherishing moments with my husband Neil and our two wonderful sons, Neil Jr. and Nathan.
